What are your earliest memories of being artistic?  My earliest memories of artistic identity date back to my preschool days. I loved drawing people and designing their clothes.

When did art become a pursuit?  Art has never been something I pursue; I just do it.

Are you self-taught or formally educated in visual art?  I have independently developed my artistic needlepoint specialty. I am not aware of anyone else doing it.

How did you first become involved with CAA?  I discovered CAA online and decided to look into it.

What role do you think the artist plays in society?  I believe that artistic expression is what distinguishes from other life forms, it defines humanity.

What medium do you currently work in and how did you choose this medium?  I work in needlepoint. I do it because I love to.

What is your creative process? Where are you finding ideas for your art these days?  I am a needlepoint artist. My creative process is explained in my website, artofneedlepoint.com.

How do you choose your subject matter? Is there a reoccurring theme that carries throughout your work?  I find my artistic ideas from everyday living, particularly when I am not looking for any.

In your opinion, what’s your best/favorite piece you’ve made?  My favorite piece that I have done is La Rose du Petit Prince.

What is one of your artistic goals?  To continue to have the privilege of doing it.

What’s your favorite place to see art?  My favorite place to see art is everywhere.

Do you have any shows coming up?  I have a show coming up in the Town of Jupiter Florida.
