CAA hosted the fifth Feedback Forum of the season
Thursday, March 29th , featuring three very talented members:
JANET SMITH
WALTER KOPEC
MARTIN ELPERIN
Janet Smith
Twenty-three participants enjoy soup, snacks, wine and lively conversation. Our three presenters tonight shared an exciting verity of work. Janet showed a new series of her black and white photographs, Walter showed his cutting-edge sculpture and Martin shared his beautiful intricate drawings. While their process, history and mediums vary, the group found many common threads in their goals of art making.

This popular CAA Forum has led to many thought provoking evenings with new, valuable professional and personal connections. Tim Wilson shared this reaction from Tom Jackson, one of tonight’s attendees: “I was so moved at the way you facilitated the interactions of the artists and the splendid group. You saw the slighted threads of art and heart and gave energy to the unlocking. I saw both learning about the artists own ways, and also learning about options in the way of seeing.”
Walter Kopec
Think about presenting yourself or give us the names of CAA members you would like to learn more about. Sitting in on Feedback Forum is a great way to socialize and an opportunity to learn more about our CAA membership. The makeup of every Forum is unique but every Forum is very much a supportive, open, friendly conversation among artists.
