Storytelling In Textiles

Storytelling In Textiles

October 2 – 25, 2019
At The Martin Group
One Design Center Place, Suite 515, Boston MA
Juror: Marni Katz, Design Journalist and Art Consultant

The Martin Group and Cambridge Art Association proudly present Storytelling in Textiles, a fiber art exhibition featuring artists living and working in New England today. Opening during Boston Design Center’s fall market, the exhibition is inspired by The Martin Group’s designers, who use fabric, trim, and other textile-based traditions to translate client stories into beautiful, functional living spaces. Art plays a vital role in the design process. With this show, we celebrate artists who use textiles to tell a story.
